All software sales are final. Hardware, in original condition, may be returned after receiving a return authorization number from CAVU and a 25% restocking fee may apply.
If you purchase EFB-Pro for iPhone/iPad or any product on a monthly basis, you are agreeing to a minimum subscription period of twelve months AND to be billed monthly, quarterly or annually according to your preference. You agree to an automatic charge to your credit card at the beginning of each billing period.
If you purchase any of the following options to EFB-Pro for Windows:
1) Annual support for any product
2) Runway database
3) Wx portal
you agree to an automatic and annual charge on your credit card on the anniversary date of the sale of the above product at the then current rate.
For all purchases, it is the customer's responsibility to notify CAVU if you wish to cancel this service. Except for subscriptions that have a minimum subscription period, the user may cancel this automatic billing, at any time, prior to the next billing period. |
